A Temporary HR Administrator is required to join a leading facilities management business in Northern Ireland.
The Role
The successful candidate will work within the HR Team to provide administrative assistance. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the shared HR inbox
* Booking and coordinating staff training
* Preparing training certificates
* Working with managers to ensure staff compliance with training
* Assisting with new starters and leavers
* Completing onboarding documentation
The Person
The ideal candidate will be a strong administrator with a background in HR or Recruitment, possessing excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
They will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent IT skills, and be confident in keeping up-to-date records in the company's database.
The Benefits
The HR Administrator role offers an hourly rate of £11.44 and flexible working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, with an early finish on Fridays.
