Our client requires a skilled Payroll professional to take full responsibility for all payroll-related matters, while also supporting various accounting and administrative tasks.

The position operates in a fast-paced environment and reports directly to the Finance Manager.
Role Responsibilities: Responsible for processing weekly payroll for a small number of staff & monthly payroll for approx.
90 staff Ensuring PAYE/PRSI compliance and liaising with the Revenue Commissioner and Department of Social Welfare as required Preparing files/returns to Revenue Commissioners each month Resolution of employee payroll queries Preparing files for Bank by electronic funds transmission Preparing Salary Control Accounts at month end Preparing and managing payroll budgets Assist with bank reconciliations Filing and invoice scanning for electronic payment processing Bank lodgements & cash management Provide administrative support to the Director of Finance manage diary, schedule meetings & assist with the preparation of reports, presentations etc Assist with documentation for Leadership Team reports on expenditure Maintain office systems, including data management and filing where appropriate.
Candidate Requirements: 3 5 years experience of SAGE Payroll (Micropay Professional) payroll system Detailed knowledge of PAYE and PRSI Detailed knowledge of Employment Law and Employee Entitlements Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook A confident, professional communicator who is highly organised, capable of working on their own initiative and as part of a team as required Confidentiality and attention to detail are critical attributes for this role Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Interested in this opportunity?
