JOB DESCRIPTION
This particular role sits within the Project Management team and will focus on projects delivering significant automation change for our Operations stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage multiple large / complex business and technology projects, effectively leading cross-functional teams and vendors across EMEA and the Americas
2. Effectively implement governance throughout the project lifecycle, managing all day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s) - Plan, Budget, RAID, Resource, Status
3. Support Business teams from ideation (problem statement) to project Initiation
4. Challenge, provide input and enable project participants to voice opinions and concerns
The Ideal Candidate:
5. A Financial Services background, preferably in Fund Admin or management of projects in the financial services industry
6. 7 or more years' experience leading large enterprise-wide projects across business and technology
7. Experience with Waterfall, Agile, Scaled Agile and hybrid methods is key
8. Experience managing digital transformations and/or working knowledge of emerging technologies
9. Excellent communication skills, ability to synthesize complex concepts into clear/ concise presentations for multiple levels of the organization (incl. C-level)
10. Excellent negotiation skills, capable of influencing cross-functional executive stakeholders, facilitate discussions and reach consensus to ensure all teams are working towards a common vision
