Cloud Support Engineer
We are seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to join our AWS Support team. As a member of this team, you will be at the forefront of the cloud transformation, assisting global companies and developers who are taking advantage of a growing set of services and features to run their mission-critical applications.
A Day in the Life
You will interact with leading companies and believe that world-class support is critical to customer success. Our team partners with a global list of customers building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the 'Cloud Ambassador' across all cloud products, arming customers with required tools & tactics to get the most out of their Product and Support investment.
* Monitor and troubleshoot OS Administration (Linux/Windows), Network Essentials (TCP/IP) and Internet Fundamentals.
Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Fluency in Mandarin.
* Bachelor's degree or experience in a Technical Customer Service role.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, OpenStack).
* Experience with System Administration and Network troubleshooting tools.
