We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Revenue & Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role involves overseeing the operational management, revenue tracking, and seamless delivery of energy efficiency projects within our Technical Studies and Projects teams. You will ensure that projects are completed on time and meet profitability targets while also leading the implementation of strategic improvements across both teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in operations management, a solid understanding of energy efficiency and technical projects, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with project managers, the technical studies team, and other departments to drive process enhancements, increase revenue, and ensure the efficient management of resources. This role requires a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee the revenue forcasting and operations of the Technical Studies and Projects teams, ensuring projects meet revenue, and timeline goals. Collaborate with internal teams to manage the project pipeline, ensuring resource allocation is optimised for maximum revenue generation. Ensure clear and timely communication between the Technical Studies, Projects, and Finance teams to streamline operations and project handovers. Develop and implement efficient processes to improve the management of project delivery, cost control, and revenue generation. Track project performance using Procore software, managing billing and progress tracking across current and future projects. Work closely with the finance team to prepare revenue forecasts, cost estimates, and financial analyses for ongoing and upcoming projects. Drive improvements in operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and implementing innovative solutions. Required Skills & Experience Bachelors degree in Energy Engineering, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field. At least 5 years of proven experience in project management, operations management, or a related role within the energy efficiency or construction industry. Strong expertise in managing energy efficiency projects, including cost control, revenue tracking, and resource management. Proficiency with Procore or other project management software. Experience with IPMVP (International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol) for tracking energy savings and managing energy credits. Excellent communication skills and client management capabilities. A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of adapting to changing environments. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and take initiative to improve processes and outcomes. Full driver's license (required for occasional client site visits).
