TeamLiaison:Workcloselywithcontractorsandprojectteamstoensurethefinancial aspectsoftheprojectmeetexpectations. Reporting:Provideregular reports on costforecasts, actualexpenditures, andpotential financial risks to project managers and senior stakeholders. Cost Control:Ensure that project costs remain within budget, identify cost-saving opportunities, and track all changes to the initial scope. FinalAccounts:Overseethepreparationandsettlementoffinalaccountsatproject completion. Qualifications and Skills: Education:AdegreeinQuantitySurveying,ConstructionManagement,orarelated discipline. Experience:Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry. Experienceinbothpreandpost-contractrolesishighlydesirable. Professional Accreditation:Membership of a recognised professional body, such as the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) or Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), is preferred but not essential. Knowledge:Strong knowledge of construction processes, costs, contracts, and regulations within the Irish market. Skills: ProficientinMicrosoftOffice,particularlyExcel.
