Job Summary
This role will support the day-to-day activities for the office, requiring a task-orientated, diligent, and proactive individual with strong communication, IT, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Support office operations
* Develop strong relationships with management, customers, drivers, and team members
* Utilize proficiency in Office applications, specifically MS Excel, and email, as well as strong typing skills
* Foster a can-do and proactive approach to daily problem-solving
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
* Experience in an office environment essential
* Proficiency in Office applications, specifically MS Excel, and email
* Strong typing skills
* Warehousing/stock management system experience an advantage but not essential, as training will be provided
* Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision
* Able to follow instructions and achieve results quickly
Work Details
* Job Type: Full-time
* Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (overtime and Saturdays when required)
Preferred Qualifications
* Office administration experience of 2 years or more preferred
* Language: English required
* Work authorisation: Ireland required
