WeareseekingaRetailManagerwith a minimumof 3years retail forecourt experience tojoinourteam.
The position will have responsibility for the running of one of our convenience and forecourt stores.
Duties /Responsibilities:
EnsurethattheRetail/Forecourtunitrunsefficientlyandsmoothly.
Ensurestorestandardsareconsistently maintainedandimprovedintermsof merchandising, presentation and service.
ContinuallycommunicatewithOwnersandotherStoresManagementTeams regarding objectives and store performance OverseeDeli&Retailoperatingstandardsandmargins,ensuringKPI'sarebeing met Planformarketchangesanddemandsastheyarise.
Ensurein-storepromotionsaremanagedappropriately.
Ensurecompanypoliciesandproceduresareimplementedandmanagedwithin the store.
Managecashhandlinginlinewithcompanycashhandlingproceduresandact on any discrepancies that arise.
Accountableforensuringconsistentlyhighlevelsofcustomerservice.
Toensureallcustomercomplaintsaredealtwithintheappropriatemanner.
Ensureeffectivestockcontrolsystemsareinplace.
