About you:
Reporting to the 1st Line Service Desk Manager, based at our office in Brisbane, you will work as part of a dedicated team of IT professionals that offer the very highest level of technical support and customer service to a range of internal staff from field-based consultants to office-based staff in 30 different locations across the world.
Day-to-day, you will:
1. Be supporting the maintenance, installation and upgrades of IT hardware, internet connections, network & phone cabling, communications systems, printers and multiple server platforms.
2. You’ll be responsible for preventative maintenance and accurate asset management.
3. Be assisting with sourcing and deploying new equipment.
4. You’ll be involved in software license control and the management of training equipment and knowledge base article creation.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
1. A working knowledge of Microsoft 365 & operating systems, ideally for 2+ years.
2. 2 years’ experience supporting desktop and laptop systems & computer networks & TCP/IP.
3. Knowledge of PowerShell and Windows 10/11 and Active Directory Administration.
4. Great communication skills & collaborative team working.
