Human Resources Business Partner
Job Summary
A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our highly motivated and driven HR team at our manufacturing facility in Mayo. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing HR/EH&S functions, providing guidance and support to employees across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with business leaders and managers to understand their needs and goals, providing tailored HR and EH&S solutions.
* Coach managers and leaders to manage and develop their teams effectively.
* Ensure effective Performance Management/Probation processes are followed, aligned with strategic business goals.
* Facilitate programs that enhance employee engagement and well-being.
* Act as a consultant on employee relations matters, reviewing challenges and creating plans for resolution.
Requirements
* BSc in Human Resources or a relevant discipline.
* 3-5 years of experience in a HR Strategic/Leadership role, ideally in a multinational organization.
* Thorough knowledge of Employment Law and practices, with experience in dealing with employee relations issues.
