Global Fund Order Placement (GFOP)
GFOP (Global Fund Order Placement) comprises four departments: Fund of Hedge Fund, Fund Order Connect, Transitions New Business & Power of Attorney. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented partner to join our GFOP operations team. This role is instrumental in managing the completion of fund documentation for target funds, monitoring trade orders for daily European mutual funds, and ensuring accurate fund order routing through our sub-custodian. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to effectively partner with client servicing teams and senior stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities
Operational Efficiency, Resiliency, and Productivity:
1. Complete assigned workload within SLAs as outlined in relevant SLDs.
2. No ASLs as a result of non-adherence to procedures.
3. Prioritize workload on a daily basis.
4. Manage and monitor work queues continuously and assign work to Partners as required.
5. Maintain high levels of operational efficiency by optimizing processes, reducing waste, and maximizing resource utilization.
6. Foster a culture of resilience by proactively identifying and mitigating risks, adapting to changing circumstances, and ensuring business stability.
7. Lead and manage the continuous flow of orders within the approval folders, communicating clearly with peers to ensure deadlines are met and risks mitigated.
8. Maintain department KPIs, analyze data on a monthly basis, and highlight areas of efficiency.
9. Present data-driven analysis on a quarterly basis to the team.
10. Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment where Partners feel empowered to share ideas, raise concerns, and collaborate towards common goals.
Deliver and Manage Client Expectations:
* Action all assigned emails in a timely and professional manner.
* Communicate clearly and provide accurate resolutions to client queries.
* Hold clients and stakeholders accountable by adhering to the controls and procedures in place across GFOP.
* Act as the first level of escalation for Partners, assisting with queries and email management.
* Build a network of relationships across all areas of the company.
* Collaborate and partner with client servicing teams to investigate and close out client escalations.
* Lead and drive the implementation of a customer satisfaction scorecard across the full suite of GFOP products and service offerings.
* Act as a POC for a high-profile client, managing the relationship and ensuring client satisfaction.
Scalability and Continuous Process Improvement:
* Seek out non-value-added processes across GFOP.
* Challenge the status quo by adopting a continuous improvement mindset and identifying at least one process that can be improved within GFOP.
* Work with Partners to implement process improvements throughout the year.
* Lead and drive change in an efficient and scalable manner through open communication and brainstorming sessions.
* Ensure scalability is at the forefront throughout the year, holding and engaging with leadership regularly with suggestions and ideas brought forward by the team.
* Find and implement at least one process improvement which will contribute to financial savings for GFOP.
* Prepare and present at least one business case with an idea or opportunity found for process improvement which aligns with our scalability goal.
Training and Development:
* Complete all internal mandatory training courses in a timely manner.
* Seek out and identify training gaps across GFOP.
* Facilitate training sessions on a regular basis, both remotely and in person.
* Lead morning and afternoon huddles on a weekly basis.
* Put measurements in place to increase team engagement and active participation.
* Ensure procedures are reviewed and submitted for approval on an annual basis and ad-hoc when required.
* Create and maintain a database utilizing the suite of MS365 applications to house procedural documents and guides for all products across GFOP.
