In this day rate contract, you will oversee the Main EPC Mechanical Contract and other assigned work scopes as the Lead Mechanical Engineer. You will manage contractor activities to ensure compliance with project protocols and regulations. This includes working closely with Safety Adviser, EMP specialist teams, and station management to maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage contractor activities for the Main EPC Mechanical Contract and other assigned work scopes

* Ensure compliance with project protocols and statutory safety, health, and environmental regulations

* Work closely with Safety Adviser, EMP specialist teams, and station management to maintain quality standards

* Develop and implement Inspection & Test Plans

* Monitor project progress and perform regular audits and reporting
">

Requirements:

Essential Requirements:

You must have:
">

* A minimum of 3+ years' post-qualification experience in the power generation industry
">
* Proven expertise in planning and executing major power station overhauls, including logistics, procurement, and contractor management
">
* Hands-on experience with power plant mechanical equipment, such as pumps, motors, and valves
">
* An Engineer-level 8 qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (desirable)
