About the Role
We are seeking Tesco Phoneshop Team Members for our store.
Every aspect of Tesco Mobile prioritizes customer satisfaction – our tariffs, shops, and award-winning Customer Care. We've partnered with 3 to offer customers 99% coverage. In our stores, colleagues work without commission. The focus is on finding the perfect phone and tariff for each customer.

Responsibilities
* Always prioritize the customer and consider their needs in everything you do.
* Get to know your customers and serve them with pride.
* Ensure products and services are available to customers at all times.
* Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor and back areas at all times.
* Follow department routines and processes using the training received.
* FOLLOW ALL COMPANY POLICIES AND ADHERE TO HEALTH AND SAFETY ROUTINES.
Requirements
* A passion for delivering excellent service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
* The ability to build rapport with customers, ensuring they leave the store having had a great shopping experience.
* To take the initiative and make decisions that benefit our customers.
* Work effectively within a team and communicate openly and honestly with colleagues.
