**Opportunity**
The Recruitment Consultant opportunity will focus on the contracts space across all Life Science sectors and will give the successful candidate an opportunity to work with a well-established brand with a strong network of clients both in Ireland and internationally.
**Role/Responsibilities**
* Taking a full brief from clients sourcing and pipelining advertising shortlisting arranging interviews and following through to offer references and placement.
* Holding high attention to detail using extensive sourcing methods while maintaining strong ongoing communication with passive and active candidates.
* Providing effective account management to a bank of existing clients as well as developing business with new and potential clients.
* Having commercial awareness and the ability to see immediate and future opportunities to develop business.
* Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of your sector.
* Developing your network via attending relevant industry events as well as building your online brand.
**Skills/Experience**
* A third level qualification.
* Minimum of 1-2 years' recruitment experience or in a customer-facing role.
* A competitive friendly can-do attitude with a genuine interest in people their careers and in business.
* A proven track record working in a team environment with a genuine interest in learning and career development.
* A commitment towards delivering an exceptional service to clients.
