They examine a huge amount of data about our competitors' creatives and games to choose the best strategy, and experiment with formats and other ways to effectively promote our products. We are constantly challenging ourselves to learn and grow, and we would be eager for equally passionate people to join our team.This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus). 1. develop and implement a creative strategy for our products
2. support the full creative production cycle from idea generation to the final result
3. search and interpretation of market signals
4. analyze the results of launched creatives
Requirements
5. experience in developing creative product strategy
6. understanding of the entire cycle of video ad production: from idea generation to final rendering and voice acting
7. understanding of the specifics of performance marketing
8. knowledge of trends in mobile games and the mobile advertising market
9. fluency in Russian
Preferred
10. experience as a game designer, understanding of game mechanics and motivations
11. portfolio of creatives or released games
