Associate Director of Flood Civil Engineering Role
You will lead our team in developing, implementing, and overseeing flood control and water management projects. Your expertise will drive project success, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to our growth.
This role can be based in Ireland or the UK.
Key Accountabilities
1. Lead project teams to deliver quality services to clients
2. Manage a challenging workload
3. Meet deadlines within a Quality Management System
4. Manage projects within time, cost, and quality constraints and standards
5. Promote professional advice, guidance, and support across the business
6. Develop business through tender submissions and new market opportunities
7. Represent Ayesa professionally
8. Comply with Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements
Requirements
1. Honours degree in Civil Engineering (QII Level 8 minimum, Level 9 preferred)
2. 10 years post-graduate experience in flood risk management/drainage discipline (candidates with exceptional ability may be considered with less experience)
3. Proven experience in delivering flood relief services, including client management and contract administration
4. Knowledge of local legislation codes, design standards, and planning processes is an advantage
