Production Line Lead x 3 (morning or evening shifts available)

Due to continued growth and expansion at their circular economy site, our manufacturing client is seeking to hire a production line lead for a permanent afternoon shift, Monday to Friday. They are looking to speak with applicants that have prior manufacturing experience and are strong in both people management and development.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise lines to ensure all site Safety, Security, Quality, Productivity, and Waste management objectives, policies, and procedures are met.
* Manage quality inspection in line with checklists and guidelines provided.
* Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities as required.
* Implement and sustain 5S activities and standards.
* Organize production workflow and ensure employees understand their duties/tasks.
* Highlight performance and training issues as appropriate to maximize performance of all employees while ensuring cross-training and flexibility of staff to support changes in production priorities, especially during peak periods.
* Liaise with engineering and management for scheduling and supervision of disassembly.
* Highlight to Workcell Manager when there is high fallout.
* Achieve daily standards set by Workcell Manager.
* Audit material kits, issue material to the line, report scrap, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Maintain timekeeping and records on TMS in a timely manner for payroll purposes.
* Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
* Lead by example, ensuring safe work practices are always maintained in line with company policies.
Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum Leaving Certificate or equivalent is required. May substitute relevant experience in lieu of educational requirements.
* 2-3 years in a supervisory/people management role is essential.
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is desired.
