Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Representative to manage HR operations in Ireland and the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity as you will lead on HR support while working closely with the Group HR team in Luxembourg.
This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary HR contact in Dublin, overseeing HR operations for Ireland and the UK.
* Take an active role in HR projects and initiatives, adapting strategies to the unique needs of Ireland and the UK.
* Provide administrative support to the Group HR team, including recruitment, employment contracts, documentation, training, reporting, and compliance.
* Maintain and update internal HR systems, ensuring compliance with Irish and UK labour laws.
* Assist with payroll coordination by collecting data and liaising with external providers.
* Lead and support recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
* Support training and development initiatives by identifying needs, organizing sessions, and coordinating external providers.
* Prepare and present HR reports to the Group HR team, contributing to strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in Ireland and/or the UK.
* Strong knowledge of Irish and UK labour laws and HR best practices.
* Proficiency in HR software or HRIS (experience with HiBob is a plus).
