Job Title: Energy Manager
Our client provides intelligent solutions for energy efficiency and energy management, having grown in expertise to become the foremost multi-disciplinary energy services company.
They are seeking a motivated leader to drive energy management programmes and initiatives across multiple sectors, providing high-quality support to help identify, implement, and realise opportunities from energy and process data using their resource optimisation platform.
You will combine a strong knowledge of how energy and process data is measured and organised through software and statistical analysis tools with a strong knowledge of industrial processes and utility systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Early engagement with clients to gain an understanding of systems and processes including SCADA systems, control systems, and metering systems.
* Development and onboarding of accounts, coordinating with design and commissioning teams to validate data and develop meaningful KPIs, dashboards, and reports for client stakeholders.
* Lead coordination of internal and external SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to facilitate optimisation of client energy use and process through adoption of software.
* Coordinate and chair client reviews at appropriate intervals.
* Liaise regularly with client contact to ensure maximum benefit for the account is being achieved.
* Manage implementation of EnMS systems and Customer Success Plans, working closely with dedicated on-site energy teams.
* Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including team lead, project managers, account managers, customers, suppliers, contractors, software development team, and support team.
* Expand commercial opportunities, guiding clients to software renewals and expanding services and sales into new sites within the existing customer base.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Hold an Engineering Degree equivalent to or above NFQ Level 8.
* Energy management experience with good knowledge of ISO 50001 fundamentals.
* Strong knowledge of various core energy systems, including refrigeration and HVAC, boilers, and other thermal systems, compressed air, and other industrial processing and controls systems.
* Strong statistical analysis knowledge/skills.
* Good documentation and reporting skills.
* Professional certifications such as CEM and CMVP would offer a distinct advantage.
