About the Role
We are seeking a talented Sales Compensation Analyst to play a key part in ensuring the sales team is motivated and rewarded effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end administration of sales compensation plans, including plan design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
* Utilizing the sales compensation system to ensure accuracy and make improvements.
* Analyzing sales data and generating reports to track performance and the effectiveness of incentive programs.
* Working closely with sales leaders and other teams to understand their compensation needs.
* Providing support and training on our compensation systems.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential.
* Previous experience in sales compensation and data analysis.
* Experience with Xactly (preferred).
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and with others.
* Familiarity with CRM systems.
