Finance Administrator
I am working with a Cork-based company that is seeking an Accounts Administrator with a keen eye for detail. This position provides the chance to be part of a dynamic finance team, contributing to the efficient management of financial processes and supporting daily accounting activities.
Duties:
1. Managing and resolving customer queries
2. Saving payroll reports and maintaining up-to-date records
3. Preparing and filing VAT and RCT returns
4. Assisting with the annual financial audit
5. Handling general payroll inquiries
6. Managing sales invoicing, customer statements, and overdue account follow-ups
7. Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts
8. Invoicing daily Commercial system notifications and non-commercial invoices
9. Investigating and resolving supplier queries
10. Other ad-hoc duties as required by the business
Requirements:
1. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and independent
2. ATI qualification is an advantage
3. Payroll administration and invoicing desirable
4. Excellent communication and Excel skills
5. Strong administrative, organizational, and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task
