We are actively recruiting a head chef for a beautiful property in Wexford.
This is a Farm to Fork and zero waste property.
Candidates must be comfortable in this environment and working closely with the Exec Head Chef.
Candidate & Role Requirements: Looking for a Head Chef who has come from a good Hotel or Restaurant Background and has experience leading a team and keeping high standards.
This Head Chef will have strong kitchen management skills required while carrying out this role.
Strong kitchen manager required and must be able to lead the team.
Must have full kitchen financials such as maintaining GP, forecasting, costings and all other budgets.
Able to develop the existing team while growing the kitchen brigade.
This Head Chef will be able to support the other team members and bring new dishes to the operation.
Must be flexible to work the roster around business needs.
Passionate chef who would enjoy the Farm to Work ethos.
