Corporate Sales Development Representatives are responsible for generating customer base qualified leads and opportunities across France. As well as proactively build relationships with prospective customers and with internal stakeholders. This role will give you excellent exposure working with other departments within Workday such as Sales, Marketing, Operations and other departments when required, to kick-start your career.
You can become a qualified sales development professional or, in the space of a couple of years start considering a move into other departments including but not limited to: Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Operations, Professional Services, and more…
You will be supported and surrounded by the best and brightest people in the industry to help you kickstart your sales career. You will have intensive training.
About You
This is the ideal start in your sales career, if you are motivated by a challenge, have good listening skills, can think on your feed and have a competitive drive
Basic Qualifications
1. Fluent in French & English
2. Interest in launching a career in sales including: prospecting, inside sales, business development, high technology exposure, marketing, and direct sales.
3. Highly motivated, tenacious, self-starter
4. Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
Other qualifications
5. Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
6. Keen communication skills
7. Passion for sales
8. Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus
9. Previous background in B2B / B2C is a plus
