Role
We are currently seeking to hire a Marketing Assistant to join our marketing department to assist in the daily running of the e-marketing platforms. Working as part of a fast-paced, creative team, you will support the CRM team and act as the first point of contact for day-to-day enquiries internally in relation to all CRM and e-marketing activities across the business and resolve any issues in a professional, timely manner. Your role will expose you to stakeholders of varying seniority, both within the firm and with our external partners. Your work will be varied, and strong interpersonal skills, drive, and enthusiasm are a pre-requisite for this role.
A snapshot of your peer group:
* 1-2 years of marketing experience, ideally in a corporate or professional services environment
* Flexible, highly organised and able to manage their time effectively, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Familiarity with CRM databases and email marketing platforms
* Excellent knowledge & experience in using Excel to manage business-critical data
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong listening, communication and networking skills and the ability to understand and respond to the needs of internal stakeholders
* Experience with data visualisation and data analytics tools is an asset but not a necessity

* Assisting in the management of the firm’s email marketing and CRM platforms, including the day-to-day operations, troubleshooting issues and assisting in the implementation of upgrades/updates as required
* Provide training to end users at all levels of the business both as ongoing support and onboarding new users
* Data administration across CRM, email marketing and wider marketing platforms
* Produce tailored reports to the Marketing team and the wider business
* Data cleansing including routine and adhoc data reviews, apply updates, review/remove duplicates, and validate data files
* Maintain a close working relationship with providers and vendors as well as internal stakeholders
* Maintaining the highest level of data integrity at all times in order to protect and enhance the KPMG brand
