We are seeking a Trainer who will manage the execution and delivery of training for a global team of Data Validation Analysts. The Trainer will support cross training across multiple geos. The team supports data verification in Maps. This role would help support data verification in Maps Listings and Places on Maps products.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, implement and evaluate course materials
* Deliver training to a team of analysts on a regular schedule in the US and abroad geos
* Assist in developing and maintaining technical training, content, presentations, recording videos, keynotes, and accompanying materials
* Support, mentor and train a team of data validation analysts
* Design trainings to be scaled and replicable to support ramping of new hires and team growth
* Track delivery and execution of training programs from start to finish
* Design survey process and feedback loop on efficiency and results of implemented trainings
* Identify operations risks, training gaps and learning opportunities and communicate to stakeholders
Qualifications
* Previous experience training and mentoring employees
* Self-sufficient, self-starter with proven success taking ownership of training projects
* Experience designing and developing instructor-led content
* Experience in operational planning and project management
* B.S Degree in related field
* 12 month contract with possible extension
