The Job
As a vital part of the sales & services team, the successful candidate will handle a range of sales administration, client services, and operational support duties across the dealership. Responsibilities include:
* Acting as the first point of contact for customer & client inquiries via phone and email
* Identifying customer and client needs
* Detailing product specifications and information
* Processing sales orders
* Updating financial and stock reports
* Preparing KPI data for management
* Assisting senior sales and operations colleagues as needed
Experience/Skills Required
* Third-level qualification preferred
* 2-3+ years of experience in sales administration, client services, or front office administration
* Full and clean driving license, with own transport
* Proven ability to multi-task and collaborate across diverse teams
The Offer
This is a permanent position with a base salary of approximately €35,000, plus a generous bonus and other incentives. There are strong opportunities for progression for the right candidate.
The role is based five days a week in Limerick city.
