About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated In-House Recruiter to join our team at CPM. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a significant role in shaping our company culture and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with managers to identify recruitment needs for the business.
* Ensure accuracy in job postings, advertisements, and other paperwork.
* Utilize various sourcing methods, including advertising, proactive searching on LinkedIn, and CV databases.
* Schedule interviews and compile interview packs.
* Communicate with interview panels regarding interview organization and logistics.
* Provide new hire documentation and support general administration within the department.
Requirements:
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Strong administrative and IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Very strong organizational skills and effective time management.
* A digital mindset, applying technology to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
Salary and Benefits:
€30,000 - €35,000 per year, plus a 10% performance bonus, flexible working conditions, employee assistance program, and more.
