Apprentice Service Advisor
We are currently recruiting for a bright and ambitious apprentice/trainee Service Advisor to work in our state-of-the-art BMW dealership.

Job Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Exceptional customer-facing skills to create customer confidence by ensuring customer awareness of all products & services available.
* Professional standards of courtesy & efficiency; enthusiastic.
* Computer literacy to record/amend customer details accurately.
* The ability to work under pressure and remain calm to handle upset/demanding customers effectively.
* Accuracy in detailing customer requirements on job cards/invoice.
* Excellent personal presentation and always reflect the company's corporate image.
Candidate Profile:
Ideal candidates will be:
* Impeccably presented and well-dressed to work in a corporate environment.
* Have good oral & written communication skills.
* Be able to record accurately all relevant details.
* Able to 'up sell' additional work/accessories.
* Have an ability to absorb and understand technical data and explain it to our customers as required.

Training and Development:
This is a Trainee role, and Joe Duffy Group has a comprehensive training programme in place which is tailored to suit individual needs.
The programme typically takes six months to complete and covers topics such as Joe Duffy Group process, database management, marketing, customer service and everything required for a successful career in aftersales.
During this time, you will receive comprehensive training, be mentored, observe experienced service advisors, attend classroom and brand training sessions.
While motor experience is not necessary, a desire and understanding of the motor trade is beneficial.
