The Redcastle country hotel Donegal requires a full-time Chef de Partie to join the kitchen.
Working on starters, pastry, meats, and assisting on main courses when needed, you will be an important part of the kitchen team in this luxury hotel.
Must have at least 2 years of chef experience and be experienced in professional cookery.
Full-time permanent position.
39 hours per week.
Euro 34,000 per annum salary.
Job located at Redcastle Hotel, Culineen, Moville, Inishowen Peninsula, Co. Donegal, Ireland.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
1. Helping on different sections of the kitchen
2. Assisting the head chef and sous chefs during service
3. Helping with the kitchen health and hygiene procedures
4. Cooking food to order
