Business Development Specialist
You are GRENKE's ambassador in the market, responsible for generating revenue by deploying GRENKE's sales strategy with resellers.
As a master of market analysis and negotiation, you identify suitable resellers, develop personal connections, and negotiate profitable agreements.
You provide consultative services to accounts, explaining GRENKE's added value, supporting their resale process, and evaluating risk by analyzing balance sheets.
Responsibilities:
* Carry out sales processes, including prospect identification, meetings, consultancy, follow-ups, and final negotiations.
* Create new business opportunities through 'cold-acquisition' with company tools.
* Consult and train partners on GRENKE products and processes.
* Provide solutions tailored to resellers' needs and act as a consultant.
* Ensure reseller satisfaction through exceptional customer experience.
* Manage complaints and maintain customer satisfaction.
* Participate in relevant networking events.
* Record meetings and reports in GRENKE tools.
* Analyze resellers' financial situations to monitor risk and opportunities.
Requirements:
* Degree in Economics/Management/Marketing or commercial training.
* Professional sales experience of at least one year.
* Full clean driver's license.
