Junior Quantity Surveyor
We are seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor for our office in Enfield, Co. Meath.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with full evaluation and interpretation of project contract documentation.
* Assisting with planning and examining supplier and sub-contractor enquiries.
* Assistance with providing precise, competitive and cost-effective valuations in a timely manner.
* Assistance with preparing and distributing of contract documents to our supply chain.
* Assisting with examining change in our scope of works per project and completion of pricing variations.
* Assisting with preparing and agreeing Monthly progress claims.
* Maintenance of accurate records of claims prepared, certificates issued and of retentions involved.
* Assisting with the commercial and contractual control of sub-contractor accounts.
* Assisting with the preparation and delivery of monthly commercial project reports.
* Providing Information and analysis of issues & risks as required by Management.
* Management and forecasting of project cash flow.
Requirements:
* Relevant QS degree, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
* Ideally 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
* Ability to negotiate with clients in a professional manner.
* Working knowledge of electrical tenders would be a distinct advantage, but not essential.
* Strong communication skills and team player.
