A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the company for a HR Officer to join their established HR team.
About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position with a company based in Coleraine.
As an HR Officer, you will work within an established HR team and provide generalist support across business functions in Northern Ireland, Scotland and the Republic of Ireland.
You will be responsible for managing and supporting investigations, disciplinary & grievance casework, delivering corporate induction and HR training, recruitment support (end-to-end process) and providing advice and guidance in all HR related matters, in line with employment legislation and best practice.
Additionally, as an HR Officer / HR Administrator, you will prepare letters and documents for employees, ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate, create and provide HR data analysis and reporting, deliver and co-ordinate internal & external training, support absence management across the group, support performance management initiatives, lead & drive Employee Engagement and Wellbeing initiatives across the group.
Requirements
* A degree in Business or Human Resource Management
* Experience in a similar position
* A Full UK driving licence
* Excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft suite
* Strong employment law knowledge in NI
CIPD qualified or working towards CIPD qualification is desirable.
You will be able to demonstrate a proactive approach with excellent interpersonal skills that include the ability to work with people at all levels of the organisation and with a flexible approach to work.
