About the Role
This is a Full-Time permanent position, and we are seeking an ideal candidate with previous experience in the automotive/installation/service technician industry.

Your Responsibilities
1. Complete management of the Go Car fleet, including vehicle maintenance, safety checks, and roadworthy compliance
2. Ensure the highest level of attention to the security of company fleet and assets
3. Work in conjunction with the Europcar Fleet team on operational improvements around vehicle repair and maintenance, including process enhancements and migration to the Foreware management system
4. Management of the Go Car fleet administration and general operative teams, monitor and assign daily tasks and direction as required, resolve tech and vehicle issues remotely where possible and reduce vehicle downtime
5. Liaise with the Customer Service Team to ensure any ongoing issues are addressed in a timely manner
6. Work within a budget while maintaining excellent fleet condition and minimizing vehicle downtime
7. Handle Technical Fleet-related customer service issues as conveyed by the Contact Centre or Fleet Operations Team
8. Work with the sales team to ensure all bases have the required cars on street
9. Manage the Rentalmatics system to ensure all trackers are in good working order and all anomalies are actioned in a timely manner
10. Identify and mitigate customer service issues that may impact the customers experience for Go Car
11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
12. Responsible for own health and safety and that of other work colleagues
13. Ad hoc tasks as directed by the Operations Manager
Your Skills
* Previous experience in the automotive/installation/electrical/service technician industry
* Team player with excellent communication, IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
* Previous direct management experience
* Motivational and collaborative skills to encourage a positive work environment
* Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Good communications skills - both written and verbal
* Full clean B driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years essential
