As Client Service Senior Representative - Exchange Traded Funds, you are part of a wider fund services team located in Dublin that supports ETF Clients and Approved Participants (ETF Shareholders). The individual will be actively involved in the day-to-day servicing of both the AP’s and the ETF clients as the AP Servicing Desk expands to become part of an overall ETF Client Service Team. This individual will complete operational tasks which include order taking and settlement, account opening, client reporting, query resolution, APEX (BBH’s ETF Order Taking Platform) development & Testing, instructing increase/decrease to global certificate.
The successful candidate will be Client Service focused, have the ability to master multiple tasks which are deadline driven, and be proactive both in terms of completing tasks and identifying process improvements. This role will provide the successful candidate with an opportunity to diversify their skills into other areas such as Custody, Trade Settlement, Fund Accounting, New Business Take-on, and daily client interaction.

As a member of the Client Service Team, you will help clients improve performance in all aspects. You will serve as a conduit between your team and your clients to ensure we meet their differentiated needs and exceed their expectations. The high level of external and internal interaction will enable you to continuously challenge yourself, sharpen your critical thinking skills, and play a critical role in the growth of the firm.
Requirements:
* Take initiative. You are responsible for the client relationship; try to anticipate their needs and look for ways to improve the client experience.
* Field and respond to client inquiries and escalated issues.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of the ETF Order Entry system.
* Build relationships internally and contribute to the development of the ETF Product within BBH supporting New Business initiatives.
* Exhibit a sound understanding of BBH and industry products and services.
* Work closely with internal clients in Operations to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries.
* Serve as a key point of contact for external clients regarding daily servicing inquiries.
* Develop key internal relationships to proactively aid in the resolution of client issues.
Qualifications:
* Strong client service and relationship management skills.
* BS/BA degree (finance or accounting related concentration preferred), and/or equivalent work experience.
* 1 to 2 years of TA, fund accounting, custody, or securities processing or other industry experience.
* Research, analysis, and problem resolution skills.
* Ability to communicate professionally through effective verbal and written skills.
* Proactive self-starter who is detail and goal-oriented.
* Competent Excel ability.
