What will you be doing on a day-to-day basis?
4. Support the lawyers with legal research, mainly in the mobile digital services domain.
5. Support commercial cooperation aspects with content providers and advertisers.
6. Under the instruction of the lawyers, support the business department on various legal matters such as contract review, compliance, and dispute management.
7. Assist with communications with lawyers in each country and with external law firms.
8. Assist with department management issues such as legal monthly reports, legal monthly meetings, and Legal Compliance News Reports.
9. Support the legal department’s corporate governance responsibilities, such as liaising with the company secretary to complete CRO annual filings, organizing board meetings, and issuing board/shareholder resolutions.
What skills do they believe you will need in order to be successful in this role?
10. Recent degree in law or legal study.
11. A strong understanding of Ireland/EU laws and regulations.
12. Very good written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English (legal English).
