**Technical Project Co-ordinator Role Summary**
The Northern Ireland Assembly seeks a Technical Project Co-ordinator to lead and manage the Modernisation Project, comprising at least three critical workstreams. The successful candidate will re-architecture the technical environment, replace the Corporate Website, develop a Legislative Tracker, and implement change alongside the Head of IT.
This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in managing resources, budget, and staff. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft technology stack, specifically Azure Dev Ops, Power BI, Teams, One Drive, and Outlook. They will also possess a professional certification such as PMP or CSM.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Modernisation Project, including re-architecture of the technical environment, replacement of the Corporate Website, and development of a Legislative Tracker.
* Implement change alongside the Head of IT, through aiding the management of work packages across internal and external resources/project teams.
* Manage all resources, relating to the Modernisation Project, including budget, staff, and space utilisation in Parliament Buildings, effectively and efficiently.
* Provide strategic and authoritative technical advice on transitioning services to a cloud environment (MS Azure).
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Members, staff, Party Support, building users, and relevant external stakeholders.
* Prepare, manage, and maintain high-quality reports, and papers for Senior Management Team (SMT) as required.
* Deliver Project Board updates and provide advice and guidance to SMT and the Commission on the adoption of new technologies.
* Lead and manage staff delivering the Modernisation Project and build a high-performing team that is focused on delivering excellence in all aspects of service delivery.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computing or other discipline relevant to Information Systems/Information Technology.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in each of the following: working across the Microsoft Technology stack, specifically Microsoft 365, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Azure Dev Ops, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Azure.
* Experience transitioning to hosted cloud services.
* Professional certification such as PMP or CSM.
