Job Title: General Manager
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our hotel in County Kerry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing hotel operations and possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the smooth operation of the hotel, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
* Work closely with departmental managers to achieve business objectives and develop strategies for growth.
* Lead by example, demonstrating a welcoming and polite manner, and maintaining a well-presented image at all times.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a busy 3 or 4-star hotel.
* Hospitality qualification considered advantageous.
* Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM systems.
Benefits:
