Reporting into a fantastic Payroll and Benefits Manager, this person will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless employee experience. This organisation is going through constant growth, and it is a great time for a Benefits and HR professional to join the team in Cork.
ABOUT THIS ROLE:
* Administer new and existing Benefits and Leaves within EMEA countries.
* Respond to employee inquiries with exceptional customer service.
* Collaborate with the International Benefits Team to become an expert on EMEA-wide benefits.
* Navigate internal systems such as Workday, Service Now and Slack to expedite employee queries.
* Report on and reconcile benefits data as needed.
* Work with business partners to implement solutions for Benefits Administration.
ABOUT THE PERSON
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to develop strong working relationships quickly.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* Previous HR and Benefits experience preferred.
* Proficiency in Excel.
* Fluency in German is preferred.
