We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support our organization in Dublin City Centre. This is a 12-month maternity leave contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
As the primary point of contact for employees and managers, you will be responsible for:
* Managing the HR inbox daily and responding to employee queries
* Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, contract administration, absence management, and starter/leaver processes
* Coordinating training programs and scheduling events
* Providing general administrative support to Senior HR Management
The ideal candidate will have a third-level qualification in a HR-related discipline and at least one year of experience in a similar HR environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) is also essential.
