Job Summary
A Commercial Sales Team Leader is sought to drive new and extra works business from existing and new SME customers within a set geographical territory. The successful candidate will manage circa 500 SME accounts, respond to incoming enquiries, and self-generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a team of up to 5 field-based B2B sales consultants who require day-to-day support
* Drive motivation and desire to succeed, coaching where required, and reporting to senior management on team performance
* Implement ADT's consumer sales strategy through creating a real customer-focused, performance environment
* Develop high performers through the right levels of training, motivation, and support
Requirements
* Proven seller with experience in managing existing customer relationships to drive growth
* Able to function independently and leverage resources to ensure high levels of customer service
* Understand the sales process from start to finish
* Managerial experience not required but desire to learn and develop coaching skills is essential
* Full driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
* Security Industry experience
* Knowledge of the Irish security market
* Experience with Salesforce as a CRM tool
