Clinical or Counselling Psychologist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our established secondary care Psychological Therapies team.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality CBT interventions for complex adult presentations in a secondary care setting.
* Work collaboratively as part of a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) to provide comprehensive patient care.
* Maintain up-to-date practitioner-level knowledge of at least 2 models of psychological therapy, including theoretical and evidence-based foundations.
* Apply CBT principles to address moderate to severe mental health complexities.
* Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop effective risk management strategies.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
* Possession of a Post Graduate qualification in CBT.
* Experience in supervising others and providing guidance and support.
* Familiarity with working with interpreters or in diverse cultural contexts.
