Quality Management Role
This is a key role in ensuring the quality of products and services at our company.
Responsibilities:
* Professional Knowledge Reserve: In-depth understanding of relevant standards for quality management systems, such as ISO 9001. Ability to build and improve the company's quality system based on this knowledge.
* Quality Control Tools: Proficiency in quality control tools and methods, including Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Six Sigma tools. Effective analysis of quality data, root cause identification, and quality improvement.
* Communication and Coordination: Smooth internal communication with production, R&D, logistics, conveying quality requirements and goals, coordinating efforts to solve quality problems, and promoting quality improvement measures. External communication with suppliers and customers, quality standards, and customer complaints.
* Problem-Solving: Investigation into quality problems, analysis using scientific methods, practical solutions, and follow-up to prevent recurrence.
* Leadership and Team Management: Motivation of team members, task allocation, professional skill cultivation, and building an active, efficient, and strong-execution quality team.
* Data Analysis: Collection, sorting, and analysis of quality-related data, gaining insights into quality trends, discovering potential risks, and making informed quality decisions.
* Continuous Learning: Enthusiasm for learning new concepts and technologies in quality management, following industry trends, introducing advanced methods, and adapting to challenges in the company's business.
