Overview
Are you interested in building and safeguarding distributed services that can process requests at extremely low latency, in a high-scale manner, at terabits per second of traffic and millions of requests per second, across hundreds of millions of users, with extreme reliability? Are you interested in delivering a highly scalable, performant, and reliable service that provides acceleration and protection against DDoS (distributed denial of service attacks) for some of the largest services globally?
Azure Front Door delivers a geographically distributed internet-facing set of services that provide acceleration, caching, protection, and highly customizable traffic processing. Azure Front Door enables our customers to take a simple backend application and expose it to the world such that the app has a global footprint, low-latency, high-throughput, super-scale, fault-tolerance, security, easy management, and reduced load on the customer backend.
As a member of this team in Azure Front Door, you will be responsible for developing and operating the Web Application Firewall, building robust services for safeguarding the system at different layers and protecting our customer services using the latest technologies across platforms. Your work will be critical in enhancing the performance, quality, density, and reliability of the platform.
