Key Responsibilities:
1. Process product and non-product invoices
2. Process and settle staff expenses
3. New Supplier Set up and amendments
4. Supplier Statement Reconciliations for internal and external Suppliers
5. Work with internal and external personnel to resolve query issues on Invoices and Purchase Orders
6. Assist with the compliance of the company group Invoice matching policy
7. Management of Manual and system generated payments and bank postings
8. Weekly reconciliation of specified GL accounts and reporting on these at internal weekly team meetings
9. Assist management with any future projects and any continuous improvements
10. Ad hoc jobs to assist with the improvement of the invoice processing through identification of pain points and possible solutions
Requirements:
1. Excellent spreadsheet and database knowledge
2. Excellent communication skills required, both internally and externally
3. Ability to work at speed with minimal supervision, whilst maintaining an eye for detail
4. Adaptable and flexible to change with a willingness to learn and challenge in order to drive continuous improvement
5. Comfortable operating in a matrix organisation structure
6. Ownership: Clarifies accountabilities, overlaps, and gaps, and helps others remain motivated through difficult times
