Senior Payroll Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team in Cork.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll:
* Process payroll, ensuring accurate deductions (PAYE, PRSI, pensions).
* Handle employee queries and discrepancies.
* Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with Irish tax laws.
* Submit statutory payroll filings and reports.
General Administration:
* Evaluate and maintain employee record keeping and compliance.
* Provide support for audits and other finance tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in payroll administration.
* In-depth knowledge of Irish payroll laws and accounting practices.
* Proficient in payroll and accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks).
* Demonstrated strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
