Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in HR management within the hospitality/tourism industries, demonstrating:

* A solid understanding of Irish employment law and employee relations.

* An understanding of and commitment to best practice.

* The ability to work as part of a team, manage differences, and negotiate effectively.

* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels within the organization.
