Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Coordinator to support the delivery of services to our customers and ensure the smooth coordination of various functions, including preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, installations, and after-sales support projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure client service level agreements are met and resources are allocated effectively.
* Organise day-to-day reactive and planned maintenance schedules.
* Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, executing plans to achieve agreed outcomes.
* Manage spare and critical stock levels to ensure timely issue resolution.
* Manage and develop field service software to meet business needs.
* Manage direct and subcontracted labour.
* Communicate issues with key suppliers and the internal engineering department.
* Contribute to winning new service level agreements and services across solar farm and large-scale heat pump projects.
* Generate status reports and communicate them to the business unit leader.
Requirements
* Full Clean Driving License.
* 3+ years of experience in field service coordination.
* Third-level qualification in construction management or engineering, or extensive field service and maintenance experience.
* Experience with large electrical and/or mechanical systems.
* Strong budget management skills.
* Strong delegation and organisational skills.
* Knowledge of quality and safety management systems.
* IT proficiency with the ability to generate detailed site reports.
* Ability to drive projects and work within strict deadlines.
* In-depth understanding of health and safety requirements within Irish construction sites.
