In This Role, You Will:Contribute to and influence the strategic direction of software platforms, identifying new opportunities to drive innovation and improve user experiences.Lead and manage a distributed team of UX designers, guiding their growth and ensuring alignment across projects.Collaborate with Business Groups, Hardware UX Designers, Software Engineers, Product owners and Consumer Insights team to ensure everyone is aligned and moving forward togetherDesign complex software features that turn our great hardware into full-blown productivity powerhouses.Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design improvements.Develop and maintain design systems that keep everything looking sharp and feeling intuitive – no design chaos allowed!Define objectives and methods like a UX guru, ensuring that we're crafting experiences that people actually enjoy using.Present your design ideas like a pro – with clarity, confidence, and ready to tackle any follow-up questions head-on.Mentor and inspire your team, because when they grow, we all win.Champion the users – because making their lives easier is the whole point.Manage multiple projects without losing your cool (or your coffee).Keep the global UX squad in sync across different time zones Occasionally enjoy some international travel to meet with your team face to face.Key QualificationsTo be considered, you should bring the following skills and experience:Proven experience leading UX design for complex software platforms A knack for solving tricky interaction puzzles and making big, complex applications feel like a breeze.Strong understanding of both software and hardware constraints, and how to navigate them to deliver seamless experiences.Experience in desktop software design and collaborating with engineersExceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence across design and stakeholder levels.Previous experience as a senior designer or UX leaderA collaborative mindset with the ability to balance diverse perspectives and integrate feedback into the design process.Proficiency in design tools: Figma and the Adobe Creative SuiteAn eye on the tech horizon – you know what's coming and how to stay ahead of the curve.Comfortable working in a self-directed environment, managing ambiguity, and driving design excellence independently.A portfolio that shows off your UX superpowers – we want to see those problem-solving skills in action!This role is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of productivity tools at Logitech, driving innovative design solutions that empower users to achieve more in their personal workspace.About UsAcross Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
