The Role
* Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to solicitors in the litigation department.
* Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
* Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and organize court dates.
* Liaise with clients, court officials, and third parties in a professional manner.
* Maintain and update client files.
* Assist with billing processes and track deadlines.
* Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and answering telephone calls.
The Candidate
* Prior experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within a litigation team.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal software systems.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize a busy workload.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and client-focused approach.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
