Head Baker / Bakery Manager required full time for west Dublin.
Parking available.
Will involve some early AM starts - 4, 5, 6 am etc.
Full time permanent position.
Monday to Friday but will involve occasional Saturdays.
Team of approx 12 to manage.
Salary negotiable, circa 40,000 - 50,000 Euro per annum.
Bonus scheme available.
Regular and high end bakery product line. Medium to large volume.
Supply lines include shops, stores, restaurants etc.
Product line includes items such as apple tarts, frangipanes, danishes, buns, biscuits etc.
May suit an experienced a Head Pastry Chef or regular kitchen Head Chef who has good knowledge and experience in bakery products.
PASSION AND DRIVE are needed. This is an established business looking to grow and expand while maintain the high standards already set to win it’s existing business.
Good experience in management is needed also. Rosters, HACCP, SOPs, Organisation, administration, leadership, training and motivational skills are needed also.
